9. No Guarantee of Delivery
SMS messages are transmitted through wireless networks and telecommunications providers. RE/MAX Realty Services does not guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or immediately.
Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier availability, network coverage, device compatibility, technical problems, or other circumstances.
10. Changes to the SMS Program
RE/MAX Realty Services may modify, suspend, or discontinue an SMS program at any time.
