Prior to becoming a Realtor®in 2004, Andrew was and still is a partner of his family’s development company, KGC Development, LLC. He has been able to use his construction background to help his clients have a better understanding of the home they are looking at purchasing and what to expect with home ownership. Andrew began his career as a Realtor with Gallagher & Co. Real Estate, Inc. based out of Bethesda, MD and continued with them for 9.5 successful years.
With Gallagher & Co., Andrew teamed up with broker Eugene Gallagher and took on several new construction projects. They represented and sold several condominium buildings in downtown DC, multi-unit rental apartments, affordable housing communities, and town-home communities in DC, as well as in Baltimore city. Andrew decided to take his business one step further and help not only the savvy investor and developer, but offer his support to first time home buyers, as well as the everyday buyer and seller.
Andrew was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD with a small stint in Pennsylvania while attending Pennsylvania State University. Andrew is a HUGE Nittany Lion fan, Redskins fan, and a diehard Washington Capitals fan. Many of his clients know that he works around the clock, but the few hours when Andrew is not working, you will most likely find him attending a Caps game.
Real Estate is Andrew’s passion and his clients truly mean the world to him which is why his customer service cannot be matched and his attention to detail is truly remarkable.
