Kate Kachovec
Kate’s hardworking personality, design background and attention to detail, makes real estate the perfect fit for her. Kate graduated from Pratt Institute in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She has experience working in the design and construction industry, working with contractors, sales teams and designers.
Furthering her education over the years, earning her masters in historic preservation from the University of Maryland and recently her Maryland real estate license. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting a home, she will quickly be able to accommodate your every need.
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Kate currently resides in Rockville, Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys being active, hiking with friends and traveling to see as many new places as she can.
